The Office of International Affairs at Myongji University, under the slogan 「Your future begins here!」, has been devoting continuous efforts to provide globalized education and educate future global leaders. Myongji University has been accredited by the International Education Quality Assurance System(IEQAS) since 2014 up until now, and our institution has maintained its status as Excellent IEQAS University since 2020.

 

  Myongji University, home to approximately 2,000 remarkable students from all over the world, has established close to 414 academic partnerships with institutions of higher education from more than 51 countries. All members of our university community are committed to expanding our presence in the global academic community, and programs we have actively initiated include, but not limited to, student exchange programs, Korean Government Scholarship Programs (funded by the Ministry of Education), Erasmus+ Program, and also other grant opportunties available for international students such as ASEM-DUO felllowship program. One example of our efforts to create a global learning environment is our summer program through which students can experience Korea from social, academic, and cultural perspectives.

 

  In active partnership with many of world-renowned educational institutions and organizations, including SAF(Study Abroad Foundation), Myongji University has been making positive impact on students who are seeking for unique academic experiences in Korea. We provide outstanding academic support to students through our top ranked facilities and programs geared toward persistence and success, including academic buddy program, career center, designation of a special academic advisor, which is an innovative mentoring approach designed to provide individualized student support, and many more.

 

  The Office of International Affairs will continue to remain committed to our belief of learning and leading from anywhere, and our long-standing commitment to the global engagement will remain for many years to come.
