As noted in the 2023 Spring Exchange Student Guidelines, the official check-in date for the on-campus dormitory is February 26th from 9:30/10am to 5pm. 

Please note that students who arrive later than this date and time will have to check-in starting from February 27th between 9am and 5pm. Also, students who arrive earlier than the check-in date will have to book an accomodation individually.
