For students who have been accepted at an on-campus dormitory for 2023 Spring Exchange Program must check the below frequently asked questions before sending an email.
Q1. When can I check in?
A1. The check-in date for the on-campus dormitory is February 26th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Q2. I arrive before/after February 26th, can I check in at a different day?
A2. Before - No, if you arrive before the check-in date, you book another accommodation yourself to stay until February 26th.
After - No, the mandatory orientation is on February 27th which every student must be physically present.
Q3. I have selected 2-person room but have been assigned to 4-person room. Can I change?
A3. No, due to limited amount of rooms there are for students, we cannot guarantee the types of rooms the students may get assigned to. No change in room types will be available.
Q4. Does the school provide pick-up from the airport?
A4. No, the student must take the public transportation (airport metro or airport bus) to come to the university. It will take around 1 hour from the airport to the university.
Q5. (for Yongin Campus students) I am not planning to eat from the school canteen, do I have to pay for the meal plan?
A5. Yes, the meal plan is a mandatory fee a student must pay. However, you can use the meal coupon not only at the canteen but also at the convenient store on-campus.
