I am writing to you in order to be helped because I have a question about the registration. from 17 August we have to register on the university's website. To do this we need to know our login and a password. But I only know my username because no password was given to me and I didn't have to create any passwords. So what do I have to do to get my password? what exactly do I need to do to register for the course? what are the steps to follow?
