Hello,

I just received your email and found out that you expect us to arrive on august 28th at the latest for in-person registration on the 29th.

Unfortunately, when I made my flight reservation, I was not aware of this constraint and I booked a flight, which will have me arriving on august 29th in the afternoon. 
Changing my flight at this point in time would be very costly. 
Is there anyway I could still maintain my current flight and register on august 30th ?
